Jonathan takes pride in navigating his clients though the complex New York City market, helping them analyze current data and make informed decisions when choosing the right home. His experience living in and around the city his whole life allows him to effectively guide his clients to the most ideal living situations that fit their expectations.

A member of the top-producing Patricia Vance Team, Jonathan came to the brokerage side of real estate from a property management background. He is passionate about sales, customer service, and being of assistance to enhance the lives of others. His approach is straightforward and transparent, plus he’s very honest, caring and creative which gives him a great advantage.

Jonathan specializes in residential sales and rentals in Manhattan & Brooklyn. He was born and raised in Livingston, NJ just outside of NYC, and graduated from Binghamton University in upstate NY with a Bachelors in Communications, and minor in Business. Jonathan started his career in the conference industry running large-scale events all over the United States. After five years of doing that, he went on to start a small cleaning business called Germophobex.

Having lived in New York City for over six years, Jonathan considers himself a restaurant connoisseur, as well as an avid New York sports fan. Spending time with family and friends also tops his list of favorite things to do.
