Originally from the Washington, DC area, William attended High Point University where he studied Business Administration, then interned for Douglas Elliman before his senior year. He worked for the commercial real estate firm Savills after graduation. His intrigue with real estate began at an early age when he started frequenting open houses and gaining an appreciation for upscale homes and distinctive architecture.

William moved to New York City several years ago and has lived in the East Village as well as Tribeca, his current place of residence. He is highly interested in various entrepreneurial ventures in fashion, hospitality, and web3; plus he enjoys all types of sports and attending Knicks and Yankees games.
