About Nir

Nir has always been passionate about real estate and art. For 14 years he lent his talents to a development company as an interior designer, complemented by being an art painter in his private life. His experience in design affords him a unique eye for potential and detail, and a deep understanding of the industry from both sides of the transaction. A member of The Ziv-Gottlieb-Bernstein Team, He specializes in brokerage in most Brooklyn and Manhattan neighborhoods. “Whether a resale, co-op or condo, townhouse, multifamily building, mixed-use property, investment, new development, or luxury rental, I implement strategic, thoughtful pricing and marketing to get the best results for my clients. Knowledge is essential, as is the ability to spot opportunity and negotiate skillfully so each party walks away fully satisfied. My goal is to make sure that everyone who works with me feels the need to tell others about the incredible experience they had with me!” Nir studied communication and public relations at Bar Ilan University. He additionally studied image consulting and life and business coaching at the College of Management in Tel Aviv. Earlier in his career he served as manager in an addiction treatment center in Israel, and thanks to working with a challenging population, learned how to perfect his communication, listening, and understanding skills. Pursuing his personal and professional dreams, Nir moved to NYC and enjoyed a successful career in interior design, then real estate. He is highly transparent and responsive and believes that creating something of value has to lead first with honesty and integrity, which then builds a solid foundation to do great business together. His approach is to make every customer fully aware of the stages, procedures, timelines, and paperwork involved in the real estate process, so they feel comfortable and know they are well taken care of.
