About Phoenix

Phoenix is an entrepreneurial self-starter who works diligently for his clientele. He ensures clients receive an industry-best experience that is personalized, attentive, and exemplary. His architectural and luxury automotive backgrounds have equipped him with the skills needed to tailor to his clients’ needs. Above all, Phoenix strives to delight.

Phoenix maintains a detailed knowledge of the market. He is an energetic and discerning broker who constantly hones his awareness of new developments, private listings, and neighborhood businesses. Specializing in the luxury market, he has a keen eye for evaluating properties that range from prewar manors to minimalist penthouses.

Phoenix entered into residential real estate during an especially challenging time, immediately post-lockdown in 2020. From his prior ventures in hospitality and high-end auto sales, he has learned key tenets of customer service. He is committed to making sure his clients’ interests are the highest priority, and he accomplishes this by being both forthright and empathetic. His sacred sales philosophy is simple: Build trust, add value, and create lifelong relationships.

What draws him to luxury real estate? For Phoenix, it is the “extraordinary reward of watching someone's jaw drop when they first view the bespoke property they’ve been dreaming of.” He adds, “I treat every client with utmost care, and I apply a thoughtful approach to each deal, each time. Communication, negotiation and attention to detail are my fortés. My goal is to ensure my clients are comfortable and armed with the knowledge needed to make a well-informed decision. It doesn’t hurt that I find joy in architecture and creativity.”

Originally from Shaker Heights, Ohio, Phoenix attended The Ohio State University where he studied Architecture, Art, and Business. He is an avid reader, a regular at MoMA, and a motorcycle enthusiast. He lives in the Upper East Side.
