Prior to becoming an agent, Thomas was in your shoes, looking to both sell his current apartment and buy a new one. His passion for the field became evident, met by his commitment to providing quality service. He is ready and eager to assist you in finding the perfect home, or getting the best offers for your current property.
Thomas believes the best homeowner is an educated homeowner. “The more you know about the market, the less surprises there are along the way. I guide my clients and help them understand the ins and outs, and the areas they’re less familiar with. I will be a resource you can rely on to simplify the process and minimize the fear of the unknown.”
In short, Thomas strives to make the seemingly overwhelming process a joyful experience. Whether you are selling the family homestead and starting a new life, buying your first place to create your own roots, or anything in between, it’s exciting. And if you break it down step by step, it’s not as intimidating as you imagine. His goal is to take the fear out of the equation, and streamline the experience.
Long interested in real estate, Thomas loves discovering hidden gems. Part of the excitement of NYC is never knowing what might be around the corner, and he’s ready to take that turn and see what he can find for you. Along the way he’ll listen, manage expectations, and work hard to make your dreams reality.
Thomas is probably the only real estate agent you will meet who studied puppetry in grad school, and worked as a professional puppeteer! Don’t be surprised if a puppet or two show up in future videos. He was also an animator on an award-winning children’s show for many years, as well as a Broadway producer helping to usher new plays and musicals to the stage. That same energy and care that helped bring multimillion-dollar shows to the Great White Way are now put to great use in his real estate practice.
A New Englander from northern Connecticut, Thomas attended UConn and adores living in vibrant NYC. He’s traveled extensively domestically and abroad, but always looks forward to coming home.
