A native New Yorker raised in real estate with both parents successful brokers in The Hamptons, Irene O'Halloran's professional career began at The Trump Organization where she worked as Mr. Trump's sole Litigation Paralegal, with involvement in all of his ventures. With this extensive foundation and the brokerage business in her blood, Irene then joined the brokerage division of Trump as a residential real estate manager before joining The Corcoran Group for five years. With her path ultimately landing at Douglas Elliman, she works on transactions with Sellers, Buyers, Developers and Investors, specializing on properties of substance. In April of 2015 Irene was named one of the "Top Residential Agents of the Week" by the Real Deal.
Having grown up in TriBeCa, Irene holds an insiders' view to the city that she loves; gladly sharing her views of each neighborhood with clients and friends, always searching out the very best that New York has to offer. Earning a Bachelor of Science from Pace University, Irene studied Pre-Law and minored in Sociology. With her father a well-known New York City artist who has also done interior design for residences and hotels in Manhattan, she has honed her own creative eye, employing her knowledge of interior design and aesthetics of spaces large or small, both indoors and out, an important passion. A member of MOMA and the Humane Society of the United States, the art world and animal welfare are also extremely important to her. Irene is also an avid runner and biker who often travels the whole loop of Manhattan, and on weekends you can usually find her at Madison Square Park's dog run, with her dog Crosby, or on the beach together out in Sagaponack.
