Prior to becoming a real estate agent, Alberina spent 25+ years as an accountant/financial controller serving high-net-worth individuals. Buying, selling, new construction, new LLC’s to purchase properties, permits, licenses, change orders, taxes, etc. were all part of her duties, affording her an exceptional knowledge of many facets that can affect real estate.

She believes each transaction is individual with its own unique details, and is deserving of her full attention. Raised in Brooklyn and Queens, NY, Alberina worked and lived in Manhattan since age 18.
