She conducts research on industry and market trends to develop best practices and aid in the development of business expansion plans, presentations, and protocols.
Kristin assists clients and the team with multiple aspects of lead generation. She manages, nurtures and develops customer relations through strategic communications, marketing campaigns as well as new business partnerships and community events. She collaborates with homeowners on staging and preparing their home for resale and explores alternative resources to market their property outside of traditional advertising. For buyers, Kristin will investigate off-market opportunities when inventory is low.
