As the proprietary Business Development Director for EA, Kristin reviews and facilitates expansion into alternative luxury markets that benefit the team's client base in NYC, Miami and Westchester County. Buyers and sellers who work with EA benefit from this expansion as it allows them the opportunity to work with one team throughout multiple transactions and gain insider knowledge about market trends and investment opportunities across the regions. She conducts research on industry and market trends to develop best practices and aid in the development of business expansion plans, presentations, and protocols.

Kristin assists clients and the team with multiple aspects of lead generation. She manages, nurtures and develops customer relations through strategic communications, marketing campaigns as well as new business partnerships and community events. She collaborates with homeowners on staging and preparing their home for resale and explores alternative resources to market their property outside of traditional advertising. For buyers, Kristin will investigate off-market opportunities when inventory is low.

Kristin Langiulli brings nearly two decades of real estate experience in the NYC and Westchester County luxury housing market to The ESPINAL ADLER Team. Since receiving her license in 2004, she's excelled in all facets of the business, representing renters, buyers, sellers, landlords, investors, and marketing new developments. Her work with prominent NYC landlords has involved managing the completion of numerous high-profile lease-ups.
