Indio is passionate about properties both old and new. Besides being a native and lifelong New Yorker, Indio draws on his 13 years of experience as a NYC taxi driver which gave him invaluable knowledge of the streets and neighborhoods throughout the five boroughs. An entrepreneur since a young adult, he also has great business sense. At age 18, Indio owned a barber shop; at 23 owned two retail stores in Queens; and he currently runs his own small limo company in addition to practicing real estate at Douglas Elliman’s Long Island City office.

Indio graduated from LaGuardia Community College with a Communications degree focused in Public Relations. He resides in Queens and enjoys all its vibrant offerings.
