Olegs Terehovs facilitated his first transaction in real estate in 2006 in Europe. He was drawn to real estate since his college years, realizing the market offers endless possibilities. As a property owner, Olegs came to understand not just the scope of potential but the high level of service he could offer as a real estate salesperson and advisor. He specializes in South Brooklyn and Manhattan residential sales and rentals, but more importantly, in achieving utmost results for his clients.

Olegs lives in Midwood, Brooklyn and sells throughout South Brooklyn as well as in Manhattan. He knows the city and its neighborhoods quite well, and capably guides his clients to the place that fits them best.

Originally from Latvia, Olegs received a Bachelor’s degree in International Business Management from the University of Latvia. He is a former professional Latvian tennis player among juniors under 16 who is still in love with the game. Olegs is also an experienced horse rider, which he tries to enjoy whenever he gets the chance. He’s passionate about everything that moves fast, especially exotic cars and Superbikes, and occasionally takes part in exotic car rallies and track events around the country.
