Victoria Bailey

Victoria Bailey joins Douglas Elliman with over 15 years of experience in marketing and advertising, most recently with one of New York City’s largest developers. Having led communications strategy for some of the world’s most renowned brands, she is an expert in branding, marketing and social media. All skills which have proven critical in the effective and timely marketing of a property.

With a unique combination of business savvy and professionalism—and a warm and personal approach—Victoria is able to truly connect with her clients and provide them with exceptional service. She was particularly beloved by her clients for her strong negotiation skills, meticulous attention to detail, and commitment to excellence.

Born in Poland and growing up in Toronto, Canada, Victoria moved to New York City in 2011. She has lived abroad and traveled extensively throughout the U.S. and Europe. She currently lives on the UWS with her husband, two young children and a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel. Her interests include health, wellness and travel.
