Specializing in rentals and sales, Xiawei has a particular fondness of the Tribeca area for its unique combination of industrial sensibility and simple sophistication. Prior to joining Douglas Elliman, she worked for C&D Real Estate Group Co., Ltd, the largest state enterprise in Fujian province. As the commissioner of retail investment, her most notable responsibilities included the JFC Mall.

A graduate of The University of Manchester, Xiawei holds Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees. Her studies were in design management for fashion retailing, and project management. Originally from China, she loves living in New York and taking advantage of its many cultural, culinary and recreational offerings.
