Jill Preschel is a Licensed Associate Real Estate Broker with having 15+ years of experience across more than $2B worth of real estate.
Jill came to this opportunity after a role as Vice President of Sales and Marketing for an International developer, where she oversaw the marketing and sales for a residential portfolio of 360+ homes in various stages valued at $600M. She repositioned an asset in the tri-state area to achieve an increase in volume of 47% year over year.
Her extensive knowledge of development was cemented by her previous role as Vice President of Marketing and Sales at a New York Development firm. There, she ensured the success of the marketing and sales efforts for over 600 residences across more than 15 properties in New York City, California, and Florida, with a value exceeding $670M in various stages of development, sales and leasing.
Prior to that, she was Senior Sales and Marketing Director executing the sales and marketing for various new developments such as The Woolworth Tower Residences, 35XV, Sackett Union, and Griffin Court. Previously, Jill worked at Corcoran Sunshine Marketing Group on the team dedicated to the development portfolio, which at the time included 995 Fifth Avenue, 212 East 47th Street, 535 West End Avenue, Ariel East and Ariel West, Avery, Rushmore, Aldyn and The Lucida.
Before beginning her career in real estate, Jill attended and graduated from Johns Hopkins University. Outside of real estate, Jill enjoys traveling with her family and photography.
