Specializing in sales and rentals in Manhattan and Brooklyn, Socrates has lived in New York since 1989 and has a wealth of knowledge of the different neighborhoods. After 22 years as a Creative Director focusing on branding, marketing, and magazine publishing, he brings his layered and diverse skill set to real estate, as well as an entrepreneurial mindset having also been a consultant. Coupled with that is a love for design, architecture, engineering, business, and finance.

Born in the Dominican Republic, Socrates is a graduate of Parsons School of Design with a BFA degree. He received his NYS Real Estate License at NYU Schack Institute of Real Estate. He is a husband, father and home owner in the Lower East Side.
