Specializing in sales and rentals in Manhattan and Brooklyn, Socrates has lived in New York since 1989 and has a wealth of knowledge of the different neighborhoods. After 22 years as a Creative Director focusing on branding, marketing, and magazine publishing, he brings his layered and diverse skill set to real estate, as well as an entrepreneurial mindset having also been a consultant. Coupled with that is a love for design, architecture, engineering, business, and finance, all valuable elements in real estate, a field he always wanted to pursue and now is poised to excel in.
Born in the Dominican Republic, Socrates is a graduate of Parsons School of Design with a BFA degree. He received his NYS Real Estate Salesperson License at NYU Schack Institute of Real Estate. Socrates lives in Battery Park and takes full advantage of the area, from picnics overlooking the Statue of Liberty to walks on Hudson River Park with his fiancé, to running through the South and North Coves, the Financial District, and Tribeca. He also enjoys cooking, photography, and graphic art. When not knee-deep in work in New York, you can find him knee-deep in sand in Florida or Mexico.
