Jiawen (Wen) Shi

Wen J. Shi is an award-winning fashion designer turning real estate connoisseur. Wen’s success has been fueled by her perseverance and ability to anticipate trends, and she is relentless when it comes to helping her clients achieve their real estate goals. Specializing in luxury residential homes and new developments, Wen provides an analytical yet qualitative approach to guide her customers through the buying and investment process. Her experience in managing high-end rental portfolios and working with UHNWI give her an understanding of the importance of providing an exceptional service through every stage of the transaction.

Prior to real estate, Wen had a successful career in the fashion and marketing industry, leading turnaround and transformation brand initiatives. Her work has generated global brands and private startups over a $100 million in sales in the luxury goods sector garnering attention from Bergdorf Goodman to Forbes.

Born in China and raised in Sarasota, Florida, Wen studied at the Parsons School of Design, plus holds an executive certification in digital marketing from Columbia Business School. Her drive is matched by her commitment to the community. Wen has provided fundraising and volunteered with New York Cares and the New York Junior League. She also partners with the New York State Mentor Program, developing art and cultural as well as career mentor programs for underserved youth in NY State.

In her free time, Wen loves horseback riding having trained in riding clubs in New York and Japan. She also loves to travel and enjoys learning about new cultures in cities across the world; but Wen considers New York home and can’t imagine living anywhere else.
