Caroline Holl’s entire professional life has revolved around customer service and the ability to orchestrate successful deals. Caroline spends meaningful time at the beginning of each transaction listening to her clients so she can fully understand their needs. She values her long-term relationships above all else and will never promote a transaction unless she is convinced that it is a good match for her client.

After many years in investment and private banking, where Caroline handled her clients’ most private financial matters with the greatest confidentiality, she decided to apply her business acumen to the real estate market and quickly became one of Corcoran’s top producers.

Known for her discretion, Caroline views her role as one of trusted advisor to her clients. Her outstanding organizational and negotiating skills and her in-depth knowledge of the financial markets ensure exceptional attention to detail in every real estate transaction.

Originally from Europe, Caroline grew up in London and Switzerland and is fluent in German and English and conversant in French. After graduating from Brown University and Harvard Business School, Caroline moved to New York where she spent 15 years working in banking at JPMorgan and Deutsche Bank.

A long-time resident of the East Side, Caroline is a member of her co-op board, giving her great insight into the inner workings of co-ops. She has gut-renovated two of her own apartments, making her intimately familiar with the unique challenges of renovating in Manhattan.

When not in the office, Caroline is an avid equestrian who rides and competes both in the Hamptons and Palm Beach.
