Tim was born and raised in Water Mill, New York, but after attending Boston College he was drawn to New York City. For the last 15 years, he has lived in Midtown East, Harlem, and Hudson Yards. He now shares a home with his fiancé and their three dogs: Boomer, Barkley, and Gus, in Manhattan and Sag Harbor.

In addition to real estate, Tim’s other passions include working out, traveling, and spending time with his family and friends. Tim has previously completed the Boston Marathon and NYC Marathon twice.
