Erika Buffa Ramirez

As the Project Manager for the Iman Bacodari Team, Erika, a licensed salesperson, is responsible for a multitude of critical tasks that enables the team to operate smoothly, and allows them to address the myriad of details that successfully addresses each of their client’s unique needs.

In her position, Erika oversees the team’s administrative tasks, from booking appointments to preparing buyer tours to assisting at open houses. She single-handedly prepares board packages, which are among the most labor- and detailed-intensive projects when it comes to buying a home in New York – a slip-up can cost the buyer the apartment of their dreams. Erika, who earned a degree in Business and Communication from Clarkson University, is also the lead for the team’s marketing campaigns, developing customized print and digital property materials that are captivating in design and visually arresting. How does she do it? Erika’s impressive resume contributes to her success. Erika comes from a real estate background, having worked in the industry for over 6 years as a project manager at a highly-regarded agency in NYC. Working in a high-stress environment, handling multiple, diverse tasks, and seeing them through completion regardless of obstacles, is her forte.
