Anastasia found her passion for residential real estate negotiating the purchase of two apartments in Brooklyn. In navigating the sourcing, application, bidding and documentation from start to finish without a broker, she faced many challenges and learned the total worth a competent real estate agent can bring to the table.

On a mission to streamline the above for her clients, Anastasia provides exceptional guidance to buyers and sellers. She firmly believes knowledge is power, so empowers clients with the right tools and resources. Statistics, visuals, videos, comps, trends in the market, and offerings of their neighborhood of choice are at the tip of their fingers. Whether a new development, resale or investment property, Anastasia applies the same level of detail and care to every transactional aspect. She works with first-time and seasoned buyers/sellers, and though a downtown Brooklyn expert, comfortably ventures into Manhattan to follow her clients’ interests.

After an MBA in Finance and International Business at Baruch College, Anastasia worked in financial services and information technology, including several years at Morgan Stanley and Natixis. She also has significant expertise in sales and sales management, with a background in earning client development and sales for a regional cell phone carrier in Europe.

Anastasia infuses her business acumen and professionalism into her diligent and structured client-centered approach. Her financial knowledge, problem-solving skills, and ability to quickly understand and articulate client objectives help her deliver efficient, successful results. Most importantly, having a cross-cultural, open-minded, multi-disciplinary perspective ensures that her clients make well-informed decisions, even if the decision is ultimately not to decide at all.

With her husband President of a co-op, Anastasia is very familiar with the daily intricacies of running and living in a NYC apartment building. She takes pride in her work and derives satisfaction from making clients happy. With a never-ending sense of curiosity and responsibility, she tirelessly explores neighborhoods in search of the perfect gem. “I take my promises to clients seriously, follow their instructions, get them the best price, always keep them apprised, and treat them with utmost respect.”

European by birth, Anastasia speaks fluent Romanian, Russian and English, and has great proficiency in French. She lived on the Upper East Side before falling in love with and moving to Carroll Gardens, Brooklyn. Her free time is split between family activities, enjoying classical music and jazz around NYC, and attending cooking classes.
