Melissa Post has a very unique approach to real estate as a result of her 25-year career in magazine advertising sales at the most prominent brands in publishing. Servicing top executives in the fashion industry, she is known for her ability to truly listen, think strategically, market creatively, and always put her client’s needs first. Melissa became a real estate agent several years ago, armed with the strategic vision of translating her high-level of service in fashion sales to residential real estate sales.

With experience in sales and rentals uptown and downtown, in a range of price points, Melissa scours the markets for the best opportunities for her clients. She’s placed a particular emphasis on seeing new development properties all over Manhattan. From ground-up new construction to prewar conversions, she has toured many fabulous new buildings and knows the inventory well. One of her key areas of focus is recent empty-nesters in the surrounding suburbs looking to return to NYC. Given the extensive amenities in new development, she believes this is a perfect lifestyle fit for their next chapter.
