Prior to joining The EklundGomes Team at Douglas Elliman, he led the top-producing Parker Team, a member of the Multi-Million-Dollar Club at one of New York’s leading real estate brokerages. Nick ranked among the top 1% of real estate agents nationwide according to their parent company, the largest residential real estate brokerage holding firm in America. In 2018 and 2019, The Parker Team was also recognized as one of their Top Manhattan Rental Teams and Top Manhattan Sales Teams.

Nick not only brought his impressive track record to The EklundGomes Team, but his market expertise as well. This native New Yorker, born and bred on the Upper Westside, and educated on the Upper Eastside, possesses firsthand insight on the city that fuels his effectiveness as a real estate agent. His keen insights on the New York City real estate landscape enabled a record-setting sale for one of his clients, who realized a 66% profit in just two years of ownership, achieving the highest sale price per square foot at the time. Recently, Nick sold a client's home for 11% above their agreed listing price. Combining service, care, and strategy, his commitment to his buyers and sellers is apparent with his long list of loyal customers, and excellent results to show.

Licensed as Nickolai Kipp Parker with the New York Department of State as a Real Estate Salesperson, he is distinguished as a Certified Negotiation Expert accredited by the Real Estate Negotiation Institute, and a Member of the Real Estate Board of New York.

Before venturing into real estate, Nick worked at the United Nations Department of Political Affairs. As a child chess prodigy, he was the United States National, New York State and New York City chess champion at only eight years old. Nick graduated from the Hunter Elementary and High Schools, Wesleyan University (BA), University College London (Philosophy), and Rutgers University School of Law (JD). Nick enjoys traveling, hiking and great food with his wife Caroline, son Reid, and Golden Retriever Daisy.
