David Hakim has real estate in his blood and is a veteran in the business. His family started in real estate in New York in the 1950's, and he grew up going to his father's office in Midtown, overseeing different projects they were working on. From that time, he knew real estate was his destiny.
David's first professional position with a large company was as an intern at age 18 with Douglas Elliman. Full speed ahead, he later returned to the firm with extensive brokerage experience, joining The Michael Lorber Team and focusing on high-end residential sales.
Working all over NYC but particularly in Manhattan, David is committed to serving his clients with utmost honesty, dedication and loyalty. He feels it's extremely important for the people he represents to enjoy the process, and always does his best to execute that. “I know how to get things done, and will work tirelessly to meet your needs.”
Originally from Greenwich, Connecticut, David received a BA in Business Management. He has lived in NYC for over 12 years plus spends lots of time in the Hamptons. David owns real estate property in NY, and is very philanthropic. A strong believer in the importance of giving back, he serves as Vice Chair of UJA Young Leaders Collective, plus sits on the boards of IAJF, Little Champions Foundation, One Life Organization, and the Babies Heart Fund.
On the personal side, David loves to ski, play tennis, basketball, backgammon, spend time with family and friends, and play with his dog Kobe.
