Blanca Stempel

Blanca Stempel works alongside top-producing agents Jessica Chestler and Ben Jacobs. A native of Valencia, Spain, her passion for real estate began at a young age while exploring premier properties throughout the world. It wasn’t until after a successful career in fashion with multiple luxury fashion houses that Blanca decided to make the career change. As an owner of New York City real estate, Blanca understands the needs of clients looking to call New York home.

With a degree in Technical Engineering in Industrial Design from Universitat Politcnica de Valncia, Blanca brings visual expertise and an eye for detail, materials and intricate design when helping clients find the perfect piece of real estate. Blanca is fluent in Spanish and English, conversational in French, and moved to Manhattan in 2010 where she now lives with her growing family in the downtown neighborhood of Hudson Square.
