About Seril (Tzirel)

A savvy and passionate native New Yorker, Tzirel learned the ins and outs of finance, law, and real estate development from her family starting at a young age. She has since acquired not only an innate understanding of value and potential in any property, but a deep belief that there’s opportunity in any market!

Tzirel’s seasoned knowledge of the city, its evolving neighborhoods and ever-changing inventory, coupled with her vast resource network in NY and beyond, are of great benefit to her clientele, both locally and internationally. She connects very well with people of all cultures and backgrounds, and provides above-and-beyond service to anyone looking to buy or sell property, whether for personal or investment purposes.

Her real estate insights coupled with her interior design expertise further sets Tzirel apart. She studied at Pratt and New York School of Interior Design, and draws on her creative eye to elevate her real estate clients’ success and satisfaction. “I enjoy helping buyers envision and appreciate what a space can be, as I do advising sellers on how to prepare a property to maximize appeal and price. Developers especially rely on my design sense and keen awareness of what today’s NYC buyers need.”

Prior to real estate, Tzirel honed her organizational, problem-solving and multitasking skill set as an art director, manufacturing business owner, and interior design studio proprietor. She has always excelled at managing complex deals and meeting demanding deadlines, which affords her unique effectiveness in her real estate practice.

Over the years, Tzirel has lived in many neighborhoods throughout NYC. She currently resides in Brooklyn with her family. Her personal interests include yoga, fashion design, going to art museums and cultural events, and taking courses in neuroscience and architecture in her spare time.
