Patrick joined The Mackay Dixon Team with over 20-years of high-level PR and marketing experience in the luxury and fashion categories. Dubbed “The Fixer” by 'The Daily Front Row,' he has forged a reputation as a results-oriented marketer who goes above and beyond for his clients.
Since 2013, Patrick has headed up KP McGregor Consulting, which specializes in the luxury, fashion, lifestyle, home and art categories. Prior to this, he was based in Milan as Versace's Director of Communications and PR. In this global role, he worked closely with Mrs. Donatella Versace to reposition the iconic brand through multiple initiatives including the headline-grabbing and still ongoing Lady Gaga partnership, the Versace for H&M collaboration, and the return of Atelier Versace to the Paris runway. He previously served as Vice President of PR for BCBG Max Azria Group, where he spearheaded the strategic relaunch of the Hervé Léger brand.
Over the past 20-years, Patrick has lived in several downtown neighborhoods of Manhattan such as NoHo and Tribeca, and currently resides in Gramercy. His passion for real estate is grounded in his strong interest in architecture and urban planning. He puts this rich knowledge at the service of all his clients – whether working with first-time or more seasoned homebuyers or sellers.
Patrick holds Bachelor degrees in both European Cultural Studies from the American University of Paris and Merchandising Management from the International Academy of Design & Technology in Chicago. He has been involved with the Whitney Museum of American Art since 2006, first as member of the Executive Committee and eventually Co-Chair of the Whitney Contemporaries, and since 2019 as member of the Whitney’s Library Fellows Committee.
Born and raised in Montreal, Canada (he speaks and writes French fluently), Patrick has also lived in Milan, Paris, Berlin, Cologne and Chicago. His international experience coupled with an avid interest in history, literature and the arts, gives him a broad cultural outlook, unique among his peers.
