A native New Yorker and graduate of LIU CW Post, Steven grew up on Long Island and has lived on the Upper East Side for over 30 years. After assisting friends with buying, staging and selling apartments, real estate was a natural pursuit. Prior to that, he spent 25 years as a retail executive, overseeing the opening of new retail stores as well as staffing and training people to operate at the highest standards, and deliver top-line sales results.

Along with his friend Nanci, who was battling ovarian cancer, they created a 501©(3), raising over a million dollars that was donated directly to the OCRFA for ovarian cancer research.
