Regina (Gina) Goldshmidt

With over eight years of experience in real estate, Gina keeps loving her job more and more each day. She couldn’t be happier in her work, or at Douglas Elliman, where she serves clients with the greatest resources and industry support to help them achieve their dreams.

Gina has a deep desire to please her buyers and sellers, make them happy, and find the exactly what they need in the most seamless manner. She is a natural team leader who knows how to bring parties together and negotiate deals that make everyone walk away satisfied.

Specializing in sales and rentals in all New York City boroughs, Gina gives her all to every client and property listing. Her marketing savvy, networking skills and understanding of aesthetics optimize exposure for a home and ensure the best buyer match.

A native of Crimea, Gina studied at F.I.T. in Manhattan and received a Fashion Merchandising Degree. She has a keen eye for design and a flair for working with people. As a New York City resident of over 30 years, her knowledge of neighborhoods is extensive and puts clients exactly where they want to be.

Outside of work, Gina believes in giving back to others through helping the homeless and involvement with St. Jude. She also loves organizing and making the most of living space.
