Her vast portfolio includes such noteworthy developments as NoHo's 40 Bleecker Street, Greenwich Village's 215 Sullivan Street, developed by Broad Street Development; Brooklyn Heights' Quay Tower, developed in partnership with RAL Development Services, Oliver's Realty Group, and Vanke US; Williamsburg's Sixth & Meyer, developed by Avo, and 172 North 10th Street developed by KSK. Her extensive market knowledge and insight, excellent communications skills, and passion for real estate and marketing have allowed her to plan, implement, and oversee dynamic and effective marketing and sales strategies, with a proven track record of driving value while creating long-lasting, trusted relationships with developers, clients and buyers alike.
