Born and raised in Vienna, Austria, Nathan developed a love and appreciation for architecture at an early age. Following his passion, he received a degree in building construction.
As part of fulfilling his nine month, civil service requirement after graduation, Nathan worked at an institution for traumatized children. He loved it so much he decided to stay for two years. During his tenure, Nathan learned how to be a successful leader, the importance of patience and the skills to be creative and think outside of the box.
His appreciation for urban life and design brought him to New York City in 2017 in pursuit of a career in residential real estate. Within a month of receiving his license, he was hired as a Junior Assistant to Elliman’s second highest grossing Manhattan broker, Ann Cutbill Lenane. It did not take very long for Nathan to become her right-hand man, involved in every step of the buying, selling and renting of high-end properties.
