Hi, I'm Jennifer Nanda, nice to meet you!


I come from a very different background than you will commonly see in the real estate world. Formerly, I was a critical care Registered Nurse for over a decade and worked for few of the top hospitals in the country: New York Presbyterian Columbia University Hospital and Jefferson Hospital. Besides nursing, I grew up in a family run a pizza shop where we flipped houses on the side.

Soon after completing my MBA, I took a huge leap of faith and joined New York's fastest growing health insurance startup in a case management role, focusing on the process of assessment, planning, facilitation, evaluation and advocacy for options and services to meet an individual's comprehensive health needs through available resources in a cost-effective manner. After working in a startup, I was bitten by the so called "entrepreneurial bug", and decided to pursue my passion in real estate.


During my first 7 months in real estate, I completed over 40 successful transactions. In an industry where 85% of newly licensed agents leave after their first year, I found my lifelong heart and soul into it. The reason, I was able to transition so fast is that I bring a very unique methodology from my former fields into the real estate world. Real estate and nursing both allow me to support, advocate for, and help people. My experience as a nurse and in the startup world created a strong foundation for complex problem solving and effective negotiation skills while affording my compassion toward my client's needs.

I have built a notable track record of carefully educating my clients and helping them to fulfill their goals. Aided by my genuinely caring attitude and unfailing persistence, my clients like me for my infectious good humor and outgoing personality. I specialize in all aspects of real estate transactions - "I love working with buyers, renters, sellers, and investors!"

Today, I put my lifelong real estate experience to work finding the perfect New York City homes for my loyal clientele. Originally from Philadelphia, I currently reside in the Financial District (FiDi) where I enjoy it's incredible accessibility and proximity to the waterfront. I also have a son, who attends the private boarding school, Knox, in beautiful St. James, Long Island. Upon graduating he will serve our country with honor in the United States Navy.
