Aimee is a proactive and tenacious real estate professional who is well-versed in the art of luxury sales. She combines a strong knowledge of and deep fascination for New York City and its many neighborhoods with consummate professionalism, client-focused service and several years of experience in the luxury goods industry. Along with her sharp attention to detail, Aimee’s buyers, sellers, renters and investors value her ability to effectively advocate for their needs while using out-of-the-box thinking to maximize their search, sale or investment, and find creative solutions to unforeseen challenges that inevitably arise during any transaction. As Aimee puts it, “I am dedicated to demystifying the complexities of New York City real estate. Many brokers lack an ability to empathize. I am not one of those of brokers. Aimee’s clients also appreciate her arsenal of shrewd business instincts, artful sales skills, and extensive branding and marketing expertise honed during her successful career working in brand management, global merchandising and business development in the fashion industry. Prior to Douglas Elliman, Aimee held highly visible positions at some of the world’s most respected luxury brands, from overseeing distribution in specific product categories for more than 100 luxury North American outposts for CHANEL, to managing millions worth of international business as a global buyer for Ralph Lauren.

At Ralph Lauren, Aimee’s responsibilities also included advocating for the needs of customers in each market for 8 different countries in Asia, and partnering with RL’s creative and financial teams to ensure that products were introduced at the time, place and price appropriate for each specific market, in order to provide an exceptional ROI. She now applies a similarly effective approach to real estate.

Aimee will attain her Master of Science degree in Real Estate Development from New York University in 2022. Using Elliman's L.I.C. office as a home base, Aimee works confidently with a diverse clientele throughout Manhattan, Brooklyn and Queens. Originally from Toronto, Canada, Aimee now calls NYC home.
