Mr. Shuster is knowledgeable in all facets of the commercial real estate transaction - from site selection to lease execution with a strong proficiency in analyzing research and demographics. Throughout the course of his career, Mr. Shuster has developed a penchant for repositioning the marketing and leasing strategies of stagnant vacant commercial spaces culminating in successful and favorable deals for his clients. A sample of these deals include:
•1251 Third Avenue – was vacant for 5 years, Mr. Shuster was brought on and executed a 30 year lease with Morton Williams.
•509 Madison Avenue – After being vacant for 3 years, Mr. Shuster was engaged and signed a 10 year lease at above market rents with Carmina a luxury shoemaker.
•372 West Broadway – The previous Tommy Hilfiger Flagship was vacant for 10 years (excluding short term), Mr. Shuster pivoted the marketing of this property and was able to lease the building to the real estate firm Serhant.
•441 Second Avenue – the previous bank space was vacant for 5 years, Mr. Shuster was able to achieve a strong deal with the grocery delivery company JOKR.
•319 Lafayette Street – previously UPS, the store was vacant for 2 years. Mr. Shuster was able to complete a transaction with Funny Face Bakery in 60 days.

Mr. Shuster attended the City College of New York where he studied International Affairs and is an active member of the Real Estate Board of New York.
