Suzanne Guardino

As the Chief Operating Officer of The EklundGomes Team, Suzie Guardino oversees all operations from the flagship Flatiron retail office. Since joining in 2017, The EklundGomes Team has experienced its strongest years with over $4 Billion in Real Estate transactions in 2022 and over $24 Billion career transactions. Suzie plays a vital role in the team’s growth and expansion, including the recent entry into the California, Florida, Texas and Hamptons markets, bringing the team size to over 90 agents.

Beginning in 2014, Suzie's industry experience has been robust with much of her time spent onsite at Manhattan's most exclusive new developments. Having started out as a rental agent at a small boutique firm, Suzie prides herself on her vast experience ranging from starter rental apartment leasing to Penthouse sales in record-breaking new developments. She holds real estate licenses in both New York and New Jersey. She works with buyers and sellers across Northern New Jersey, where she was born & raised.

Suzie credits much of her success to a tenacious work ethic, team player mentality, strong communication skills and longstanding industry relationships. Suzie is strategic and methodical, taking a proactive and organized approach to her work. Together with CEO Julia Spillman, Suzie has optimized efficiency, streamlined processes and protocols to track deals, statistics, reporting and marketing for The EklundGomes Team.

Suzie graduated from The George Washington University School of Business in Washington, DC. She is known by her friends and colleagues alike to be a kind, reliable and positive person who consistently brings a great energy into the workplace. She currently works as a licensed real estate salesperson in both New York and New Jersey.
