This includes Essex Crossing’s three leasing buildings The Artisan, The Essex, and The Rollins for L&M Development Partners, Taconic Investment Partners, and BFC Partners. Magnolia Dumbo for RXR Realty. 1 QPS Tower for PMG and The Hakim Organization. Aurora for G Holdings. And, Jones L.E.S. for HREV.
With 8 years of experience in New York City new development real estate, Chris executes all strategic pricing changes in order to maximize the price per square foot while maintaining optimal absorption. He creates and oversees all data stacking plans. Manages all marketing and listing implementations. Creates branding strategies and model design. Hires, trains, and oversees multiple leasing teams. Executes performance and comparison reports. Moderates all development asset and ownership meetings. And, establishes partnerships with prevalent third-party operators.
Chris has significantly increased the gross price per square foot for all lease ups and has set the record for highest gross price per square foot in multiple neighborhoods.
In his spare time, Chris enjoys spending time with family, cooking, and playing golf.
