George Wlodarczyk joined the Douglas Elliman Development Marketing team in early 2014 as Research Director for New Development. While working very closely with the Executive Vice President, he led the team’s research efforts in creating data interpretations, graphics of market trends and opinion letters for clients and new business development opportunities. He utilizes these skills now to service Commercial Real Estate clients and tenant groups at Douglas Elliman Commercial LLC since the Summer of 2017- working directly with the Head of Division James Gross and Co-Head of Operations Peter Gross.
Prior to his work in new development marketing, George worked on Wall Street for a leading independent governance analysis firm for several years. His experience as an Operations Manager acting as liaison between research analysts and institutional investors has given him a profound understanding of the types of research methodology and their application when identifying emerging trends. George holds a Bachelor of Science in International Business and a Master’s degree in Human Resource Development. He is a Licensed Associate Real Estate Broker.
George is a member of the Real Estate Board of New York and volunteers as a Program Associate for the Development School for Youth at the All Stars Project. He is a foodie and therefore rides a Citi Bike as much as possible. Finally, he continuously looks to sharpen his language skills partly through travelling, as he grew up speaking English, Polish and Spanish.
