Alexandra Lola Koutoudi

Coming from a family that has been active in New York real estate for over 50 years, Alexandra has real estate in her blood. Starting in her childhood, she often helped her mother with her real estate ventures. Alexandra’s rise in real estate was a natural progression. She graduated from New York University with a bachelor’s degree in Art History and Urban Design. She followed up with a Master’s degree from Parson’s School of Design in Lighting Architecture. Alexandra has joined Douglas Elliman to pursue her true calling.

As a seasoned real estate professional, Alexandra is committed to assisting clients who desire to purchase or sell their homes. She does so with integrity, perseverance, determination, resourcefulness and a meticulous attention to personal service gained from years of experience with the history and evolution of New York’s real estate market. She understands that a real estate transaction is both an emotional undertaking and a major financial commitment.

In addition to her real estate commitments, Alexandra has had a significant involvement with a major collection of Tribal and Contemporary Art. She also serves as counselor at DreamYard which uses project-based arts learning to ignite the transformative spirit in youth, public schools, and communities. The combination of her educational training and her professional experience makes her uniquely qualified to assist buyers and sellers in all aspects of their real estate transactions.
