Initiative. A simple word. With it, nothing is impossible. Without it, all is lost. Believe me, it takes a great deal of initiative, coupled with the ability to think "outside the box" to find a great apartment at a reasonable price in Manhattan. This is what I strive for each and every time. I often hear that real estate is all about location, location, location… In reality, it's all about negotiation, negotiation, negotiation.
After graduating from Lehigh University with a business degree in marketing, I embarked on a successful seven-year career in Mutual Fund Sales/Hedge Funds (which included obtaining my MBA in Finance from Rutgers University.) Shortly thereafter, I came to the realization that the constant traveling associated with being a successful financial salesman was not for me. This is when I decided to enter the world of Manhattan Real Estate. After all, I have lived in the metropolitan area, including ten years in Manhattan, for my entire life. This included three personal apartment searches' in which I discovered I have both a natural ability and passion for real estate. Additionally, I have the unique ability to understand the most complicated real estate transactions and put them into laymen's terms so even the most financially illiterate person could understand.
