Initiative. A simple word. With it, nothing is impossible. Without it, all is lost. Believe me, it takes a great deal of initiative, coupled with the ability to think "outside the box" to find a great apartment at a reasonable price in Manhattan. This is what I strive for each and every time. I often hear that real estate is all about location, location, location… In reality, it's all about negotiation, negotiation, negotiation.
After graduating from Lehigh University with a business degree in marketing, I embarked on a successful seven-year career in Mutual Fund Sales/Hedge Funds (which included obtaining my MBA in Finance from Rutgers University.) Shortly thereafter, I came to the realization that the constant traveling associated with being a successful financial salesman was not for me. This is when I decided to enter the world of Manhattan Real Estate. After all, I have lived in the metropolitan area, including ten years in Manhattan, for my entire life. This included three personal apartment searches' in which I discovered I have both a natural ability and passion for real estate. Additionally, I have the unique ability to understand the most complicated real estate transactions and put them into laymen's terms so even the most financially illiterate person could understand. In short, if your looking for a real professional with the utmost integrity to assist you in finding the apartment/townhouse that best suites your needs, then please do not hesitate to give me a call-212-350-8545. I look forward to hearing from you. Have a wonderful day!
