I really do believe that if I bring people to their dream property, at the right price, they will find a wonderful home. I have a huge body of knowledge of apartments and houses in NYC, and a great understanding of people’s needs at different stages of their lives. Every property I show you will be will be the most appropriate for your situation. I deeply care about finding you a wonderful home, and I really listen to and work closely with both buyers and sellers. My focus is intuitive and unyielding until we get the job done!

When working on exclusives with sellers, I carefully plan and execute every step of our comprehensive and aggressive marketing strategy from the first open house until the closing. I do bring my considerable creative marketing and production skills to the entire process, being there for the seller until the property is sold.

Born and raised in New York City, I really know this city and how people like to live. I personally have lived in every area, along with my three grown children and also have an extensive knowledge of the schools in NYC. My earlier professional background includes marketing and music production at Warner Brothers Records and A&M Records in New York and in Los Angeles, which I feel have well-prepared me to work at Douglas Elliman, with its incredible marketing tools and nation-wide perspective. I have worked in residential real estate since 1983.
