Kristen Borow

A native New Yorker, Kristen Merlino employs her extensive knowledge of the city and expertise in its Real Estate market to provide her clients with an exceptional experience through diligent guidance, whether it be in purchase, rental, or sale.

Kristen graduated cum laude with a BA in Communication Studies from Marist College where she was a Division I athlete. Upon graduation, she worked at leading NYC Public Relations Agencies specializing in consumer public relations and branding in the luxury, fashion and lifestyle industries, experience she seamlessly integrates into her current position as a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson for Douglas Elliman. Consistently a top producer, Kristen Merlino has rapidly and earnestly developed her reputation as an accomplished Residential Property Specialist.

When she’s not closing the best deal for her clients, or running the New York City Marathon, Kristen spends her time on humanitarian projects. She actively volunteers with All Hands, a nonprofit organization which provides disaster relief both locally and globally. She also volunteers with Habitat for Humanity and various nonprofit organizations in an effort to help educate the children of rural communities in developing countries. In addition to her altruistic endeavors, Kristen is an avid traveler and has explored six continents, most recently hiking from Peru’s Urubamba Valley to the summit of Machu Picchu.
