As a dedicated real estate professional, and an officer (Treasurer) of the Board of Managers in the Park Avenue Condominium in which he lives, Joseph has helped facilitate clients' board package details and ensured seamless approvals. He is also very familiar with building and land use issues, legal requirements and quality of life concerns. Joseph imparts this valuable knowledge to his clients to help them assess, purchase and sell properties.

A native New Yorker and longtime resident of Manhattan's Upper East Side, Joseph currently resides in Lenox Hill. Prior to that he lived in the West Village as well as in Westchester. He has purchased and sold several of his own residences over the years, and closed deals for clients in both Manhattan and Brooklyn. Joseph's extensive knowledge of NYC's neighborhoods and the benefits, services and attractions they offer is key to the passion and enthusiasm he shows in his work.
With real estate a lifelong interest and hobby, Joseph came to the field after an impressive career in human resources management where he functioned as the Vice President of Human Resources for the National Audubon Society and the CEO for Human Resources for the City of New York. He holds an MBA in Accounting and a BA in Foreign Language. His leisure time enjoyments include the arts and the opera. Joseph is a veteran member of the Metropolitan Museum of Art, the Frick Museum and the Metropolitan Opera Guild. He is also dedicated to saving the environment and supports various organizations for that cause.
