He furthermore stays abreast of market conditions, always expanding upon his vast knowledge base as a seven-year real estate professional and lifelong residency as a New Yorker.
Prior to entering real estate, Elliot was part of the e-commerce revolution where he was directly responsible for marketing and building both a sales team and infrastructure to produce over $50 million annually in high-end electronic sales. Over the course of the years, he became a partner/ director of a large retail chain in the Tri-State area.
