In 2005 Anita joined forces with Neal Sroka to pursue their unique and successful style of doing business. Prior to this, Anita was President & Founder of a thriving boutique commercial firm which she launched in 1993. Anita simultaneously taught real estate education courses for over 15 years. She is certified to teach the New York State Sales Person & Broker Qualifying Courses.
