His adaptability, marketing savvy, multitasking skills, and adept yet courteous negotiating assure a smooth, rewarding real estate transaction for all parties involved.

Originally from the exotic island of the Dominican Republic, Miguel earned a Marketing and Business Administration Bachelor’s Degree in Santiago at Puntificie Universitaria Catolica Madre & Maestra. He is a lifelong entrepreneur who came to the U.S. at a young age, and rapidly started a successful chain of cellphone services and sales. His excellent margins led him to become a real estate investor with a great eye for opportunity.

After the market crashed, Miguel started a consulting sales business offering marketing and sales techniques for leading names like Dolce & Gabanna, Gucci, Barney’s NY, Saks Fifth Avenue, Bloomingdale’s and others. He additionally launched a free service for the Spanish community to educate them on improving their financials and credit scores.

Bilingual in English and Spanish, Miguel loves working with people of all backgrounds. Complementing his expertise in the areas of real estate and finance, he is up to date on the latest technology that strongly impacts this fast-paced industry.

Miguel is an adoring father and husband, a good son, good friend, and an active community member. In his free time, he is an avid reader and golf player, a Meetup event organizer, and a volunteer at both the Dominican Consulate and his children’s catholic school.
