Marion Fiore

Marion bought her first apartment in NYC 20 years ago and has been passionate about real estate since. Having personally rented and made successful investments, she capitalized on her experience to help others as a residential agent. “I love my clients and love what I do,” she says. “Integrity and partnership are key in all my dealings.”

Sales is truly an art form, and Marion brought over 10 years as a top Wall Street broker to her real estate career. She is extremely analytical and research-driven, yet highly in tuned to her clients' unique needs. Her innate ability to read people and identify trends and opportunities ensures timely opportunities and seamless transactions.

Marion's buyers and sellers can count on her to be in constant communication with them, to present all the information they need to make an informed decision, and to think out of the box to come up with winning solutions. “Creativity, communication and comps are crucial to getting deals done!”

Marion is particularly fond of Brooklyn's wonderful neighborhoods as well as lower Manhattan where she lived for 10 years. She adores the luxury market and master craftsmanship mostly, because “homes are like people – they have character!”

A native New Yorker, Marion previously resided in Texas, Paris and London. She holds three degrees – a B.A. in French, a B.S. in International Marketing and a Master's in Education – and has consulted for the United Nations. Her interests revolve around making a difference for animals and the environment through education and fostering bonds. Marion co-founded the non-profit organization Humane Education Advocates Reaching Teachers which has flourished since its inception.
