Sterling was recruited into Douglas Elliman by a former Elliman super broker who recognized his experience in high-end hospitality, integrity, and passion for real estate. Finding professional success at a high level, he has handled hundreds of millions of dollars in residential sales throughout the years.

A native of Westchester County, Sterling has an educational background in computer science later working in various fields. With his unique combination of education and background in technology, sales, and hospitality he has acquired the necessary client service skills to handle every deal. Outside of real estate, Sterling loves running NYC streets, camping, viewing art galleries, trail running, philosophy, and traveling.
