In addition to being professional, efficient and knowledgeable, they are fun and engaging people to know.

Marjorie really knows the downtown market. She has lived in historic Patchin Place, the East Village, the Bedford-Barrow-Commerce quadrant on Grove St, and on West 12th St near Seventh Ave. She has bought and sold numerous properties in CO, CT, NYC, FL, and in rural NY State. She has enthusiastically embraced wide-ranging renovations and has a demonstrated track record of converting fixer-uppers into gems. Her complete list of top-notch contractors, designers and suppliers are at your disposal!

Marjorie’s previous business life was spent honing her skills in corporate settings and at major non-profit organizations. Marjorie’s varied experience includes marketing, fundraising, and event planning. And some of her past employers include: a community art center in Boulder, the Museum of Television & Radio, the Direct Marketing Association, the Democratic National Committee and the Outdoor Recreation Coalition of America.
