Regan is an undergraduate of the University of Maryland, Robert H. Smith School of Business with BS Business and Management, major in Marketing. She holds a Masters of Language and Literacy from CUNY, and Certificate in Translation (French) from New York University. Working 14 years as a manufacturing sales rep allowed Regan to travel extensively throughout the country while closing significant sales agreements with executive buyers and sellers.
