Amparo started her professional real estate career in 2013. Prior to real estate she worked in international finance for a Japanese commercial bank in midtown Manhattan. Amparo moved on from international commercial banking to sales for a fortune 500 corporate company specializing in workplace and digital printing services for the legal market in New York City. After, she worked in office management for medical and dental practices. Also worked for a domestic and international school as an educator and in public libraries as a community librarian managing library spaces. All of these professional work experiences helped defined Amparo strong work ethics, professional demeanor, and well versed in various work environments helping buyers and sellers to meet their residential, commercial or investments goals. Amparo specializes in small to mid - size mixed-use, residential, retail and multi- family buildings.
What Amparo enjoys most about real estate is helping people. As a landlord and investor herself she understands the importance of connecting the dots. Amparo learns from every real estate experience and works to improve herself for the next business transaction. Amparo likes to conduct business being well prepared. She understands the value of time and will get to the point of the matter. Her three attributes are strong attention to detail, believes in being transparent and an informed customer is her best customer.
Outside of real estate Amparo enjoys volunteer work helping senior citizens in her community to better understand manage long term care and pool trust programs. Amparo enjoys painting and travel. She did extensive euro rail and hiking travel throughout Europe during her junior year studies abroad program at the University of Salamanca, Spain. She earned a Bachelor of Science degree in International Business from Marymount College of Fordham University and a Master of Information Science from Syracuse University. She recently completed studies in digital marketing to better serve her customer real estate needs.
