Patricia, a lifelong New Yorker, will be your trusted advisor and help you navigate the complex and exhilarating world of NYC real estate.
At the age of 25, she and her husband, William Gillen, also an agent at Douglas Elliman, purchased their first co-op in Brooklyn, and in the three decades since, have gone on to buy and sell residential and investment properties, including the purchase and combination of two apartments in the Lincoln Square neighborhood and a pied-a-terre in the enchanting sixth arrondisement in Paris.
Patricia received her MBA in Finance/International Business from NYU’s Stern School of Business and is a Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst who possesses a deep appreciation of the value of real estate in an investment portfolio. She has more than two decades of experience at financial firms including Deutsche Bank and Goldman Sachs, during which time she expertly managed critical projects and met important deadlines. Whether you are buying or selling, she will bring that same professionalism and focus to ensure you a smooth and optimal transaction.
She loves the diversity of New York’s neighborhoods, and has lived in Brooklyn, Queens, the Upper West Side, Midtown West and on Museum Mile in Carnegie Hill. Along with her family, she currently resides in the Riverside South-Lincoln Square neighborhood, where she enjoys views of the Hudson River from her family's home on Riverside Boulevard.
Patricia is an alumna volunteer at NYU-Stern, a participating member of the Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst Association, and a member of The Real Estate Board of NY. She is a proud parent at Avenues: The World School in Chelsea.
